Hi There!! My name is Thi Hoang. I am the President and CEO of IHFMC – Insight Healthcare Financial Management Consultants. I began my career as a receptionist for Desert Springs Hospital over 20 years ago. Since then, I have held several positions that include: Business Office Director, Regional Business Office Manager, VP of Revenue Management and Chief Revenue Officer with major organizations such as HCA Healthcare, Acadia Healthcare, Summit BHC and most recently Sierra Health and Wellness Centers. I am consistently challenging myself in the financial healthcare industry. IHFMC is a culmination of my hard work and efforts.

As a CIO with over 20 years of experience, I have a strong foundation in managing technology for business success. I have expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, team leadership, and project management.
In recent years, I have developed experience in DevOps, working to bridge the gap between software development and operations by implementing automated tools and processes that enable rapid, reliable software delivery.
In addition, I have experience in system engineering, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems. I have expertise in areas such as cloud computing, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
By combining my experience in DevOps, data analysis, and system engineering, I am able to create comprehensive technology strategies that address business needs from a holistic perspective. I can help ensure that technology solutions are efficient, secure, scalable, and cost-effective while leveraging data insights to drive business growth.
